Ron Wages

Mr. Ron Wages is a seasoned executive. He brings over 20 years of experience in successful, high tech sales, marketing, business development and general management. Ron spent the first 10 years of his career with Texas Instruments where he was the DSP Marketing Manager with Worldwide responsibility for marketing programs. He served as VP Marketing at Spectrum Signal Processing (SSPI-Nasdaq), VP Sales and Marketing at D2 Technologies, VP Business Development at Virata (VRTA-Nasdaq), VP Sales & Marketing of JDS Uniphase MEMS Business Unit (JDSU-Nasdaq) and CEO of Memscap Inc (MEMS-Euronext). He is the founder of Vagues Solid State Lighting where he served as CEO. He has a proven track record of managing high growth teams and building profitable businesses. He holds a BSEE from the University of Maryland College Park and a MBA from the University of Houston.
